Anyone ever hear of this?

I had my echo done for the 7th year in a row. My Ef was >55, the tech told me it was 63-65. All my valvles are normal in size and function. I do have trace mitral regurgitation and mild triscupid regurgitation. I received a call from the Drs.office saying everything was fine.

I just got a copy of the report and it says cannot rule out choral SAM, high velocities were noted in the lv. My left and right ventricles were normal in size and motion.

I tried to find something on the net about this but come up with scarey things as mitral valve replacement etc. Of course my DR. is on vacation. Anyone have any input.

7 years wow! Did they say what is causing the regurgitation. Odd it is 2 valves like that but say the valves are normal. If they were normal there wouldn't be regurgitation, right. I forget what choral SAM is. Have you done a stress test? It sounds like mixed results that I personally would take to a cardiologist for further review as to the cause. What were the last 6 years of results? Has it progressed, become better, stayed the same? I hope you get to the bottom of this.
