Chest & Leg Pains

hello am new to this am just looking for sum advise...............
 
Last year i was told i suffered with anxiety and got treated for it but i was not convinced as i kept having bad chest pains and palputations which i wnt to the hospital 4 times for and they sent me home sayin anxiety which was so frustratin..........anyway i went and ad sum tests done on ma heart caus i also suffered from heart flutters but nothing was found ............for months i was fine until about 6 weeks ago i began with t heart palputations and pains under the left breast and now in the top of my left leg there just short sharp shooting pains which only last seconds...........i have changed my diet an i exercise regularly can anyone advise me wat t do caus t leg pains are driving me nut am convinced am gunna die........am thinking aboutt going back to the hospital this weekend just to be sure but am worried they will jst say its anxiety again............:(

oops i forgot t mention i am 27 and 5"3 and i weigh 8 1/2stone ...........

Hello Kerry, and welcome. I am sorry you are dealing with this. Chest pains can be both frightening and scary! I too suffer with anxiety, and chest issues, and it is no picnic. The fact that you are saying your pains are shooting seems a bit odd to me. If you are not happy with the asnwers you have gotten from your doctor so far, I'd say definately get a 2nd opinion, and a 3rd and 4th if need be. You only have one heart, and it is worth it to do whatever it takes to keep it! I know from my own experience, chest flutters can be from anxiety, I too get them. And, everyone gets them from time to time. If I were you, I'd be more concerned with the shooting pains.

Hi tammy thanks for your advice the pains are not frequent though thats wat i cant understand it seems to be only happening on an evening wen am at home on my own and nver thru the day last nite was fine i didnt suffer with any at all but tnite cud be a totally different story its mainly heart palputations which i suffer with the most.........................it will be a year this sunday since i had my first ever panic attack ...........................:)
