I recently has blood work done and my LDL cholesterol level is 245 but the HDL level is 125. My mother passed away almost 3 years ago from heart issues. I'm not overweight and I excercise 6 days a week by walking on the treadmill with weights. Do I need to worry about
the LDL level being so high. Does that put me at a great risk for heart problems? My doctors office called and said that the bloodwork was fine.
