Hi all I am a 27 year old mother of 2 boys in 05 I had an ECG as I was feeling as though my pulse was skipping etc the doctor said she saw abnormalities so I was referred to a cardiologist, anyway had a 24 hour monitor, an echo cardiogram etc and it all came back normal. Anyway over the last 2 weeks I have been feeling really anxious etc and notice my pulse is irregular. Now I have been to emergency 2 times and both times my pulse was well over 100pbm but they did an ECG both times and they said everything was fine. Now I am just wondering if it is normal to have a skipping irregular beat? I am worried and constantly taking my pulse and scared. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The doctor basically said that it could be my lifestyle doing it as I do not eat a lot etc.
Thanks for any help and answers..

Hi Belz, Welcome to healing well.  I am sorry your not feeling well.  Actually, your diet or lack of one can lead to chest pain/pressure.  As well as any number of health problems that may not be related to a heart condition.  Often GERD is first mistaken as cardiovascular disease.

I just wanted to point out that it could be any number of things.  Please do feel free to continue to post as often as you like and I do hope someone has some insight for you.  Take care
