Hello there anon, and welcome to the GERD forum here on healingwell. First, my question to you is, have you been to a GI? It is important that you see a GI, especailly if your family doctor has not been able to diagnose what the heck is going on here.
As for your symptoms...
1....Dry mouth can come with GERD...indeed.
2....Burning tongue and lips, I have never heard of with GERD, though I am not saying it isn't a possiblity.
3....Cracks in the tongue...that could be from your mouth being so dry.
4....Frequent bowel movements can be from a good number of things, including stress, IBS, or simply, what you are eating. I am not aware of GERD causing that either.
I would suggest talking to your family doctor about
seeing a GI, for the issues with your bowel movements, and possibly and ENT for your other issues.
Please stick with us, and let us know how you are doing.
Wishing you the best!
