Has anyone had damage to fundoplication from vomiting. I had mine done about 10 years ago. Two months ago a had an episode of strong vomiting and since then, I have had throat pain, acid taste in my mouth, bloating, reflux etc.
My doc did an endoscopy and the wrap appeared fine. Any ideas?

No, I had the Nissen Fundiplication a couple of years ago and had a stomach bug less than a year after surgery.  I was able to throw up without any problem.  You hear all of these horror stories that you won't be able to throw up again after having this surgery, I think that's a small percentage of people.
I hope you get some relief, if not, maybe get a second opinion.  I've also heard that these wraps work for about ten years.  Remember, I'm a volunteer and a reflux patient just like you.  I'm not a medical professional.  Please keep us posted.
Take care!
