Hi Everyone! I'm new here and this is my very first post. I have been reading here for a few weeks, but this THREAD inspired me and made a big difference for and to me.

"Think Something good"! Or post something good that happened,
WOW it was exactly what I needed to hear and think about.
I have thought about it over and over for several weeks now and it has made a big difference for me.
Thinking about something good, has helped me be on a positive track, and I sure have needed to be positive rather than dwelling on how I feel or wondering what was wrong with me.

The day I read this thread was a Good Thing That Happened to Me! It has been the reason I try to think of good things everyday!

For today, a good thing was I was able to actually get some house chores done around here LOL I have found if I get really moving after eating, I feel a lot better! I'm weak, so I didn't get a lot done, but I still was able to get some things done!
I think the get 'moving' by me helps in the digestion and the rest of GERD story!
Also this thread, was the cause of me to begin thinking, THIS IS NOT GOING TO RULE MY LIFE AND I AM NOT GOING TO STOP LIVING!
