Okay, two weeks ago; I had a lap Nissen. So far, I feel pretty good. I walked two miles this morning (not up to more yet). I ate a nice breakfast of Seven Grain Cereal (a little thinner than I usually take it). The swelling in the esophagus is a little tight right now but it’s better than it was yesterday. I still have a couple of gas bubbles wandering around in my upper chest and shoulders but mostly I don’t feel too badly. (Liquid Tylenot takes care of any pain.) I’m pretty weak still.

I’m looking forward to seeing my surgeon of Friday to see how everything is. I’ve got a few questions for him but nothing major.

I suffered from LPRD and my sinuses and throat aren’t completely cleared yet. I figure it’ll take a little time because I’ve had years of refluxing goo coming up there and setting up housekeeping. In January, I go to the ENT to see how it all turned out. I’ve noticed NO reflux since the surgery – WHOOPEE!!!! turn

Hi this is Kitt and so glad to hear your update. I am glad you are getting out walking and please do let us hear what your physician has to say on Friday.

Great to have you through the surgery.

Gentle Hugs
