I'm now 4 1/2 weeks post nissan and this week have found that when i wake I'm not hungry...i got the constant feeling of being full, also tightness in the chest/stomach area. even after i've managed to eat something
anyone else had these symptoms?
I have my first check up wed but wondered if anyones also suffered with this?
My Dr's aren't very informative and have never had this procedure themselves so are quick to rule out certain symptoms.
Thanx ;)

Hi Rangel, i don't know if this will help you or not, but for many wks after surgery I wasn't really hungry at all either. I really think it's because there's so much swelling going on that's why your stomach feels full. My dr. told me I probably wouldn't be hungry for awhile and that was okay as long as I kept drinking liquids. I lost 8 lbs the first 2 wks. and I'm down 5 more by now, I was to my surgeon yesterday and he asked me about my weight and said he was happy with that, it was very normal. He told me there is considerable swelling for a full 3 mo. so that may be why you're not hungry. I hope everything goes okay for you. Keep us posted.
