He has been complaining for a while that he has no strenght, and I kept on thinking he is stressed with school.....anyhow he came home from school and he was hickuping for hours and has shortenss of breath , we took him to our pediatirican and he gave him Maalox, it does help but he needs to take it constantly, he needs to go back to school and I wonder if there is a pill out there so he can keep in his pocket, I also think he panicks when he feels weired, any suggestions would be appreciated

Has he had any testing?
Sounds like his vagus or phrenic nerves are getting irritated from something. Does he drink alot of carbonated drinks? I think I would look at his diet and try to cut back on carbs. But I think he needs to see a big boy doctor. hahaha No offense! I found that when I still took my older teens to the pediatrician, he just was't up to speed on adult problems. Good luck to your son.

If he is short of breath, I would get that checked out again, especially if his symptoms persist. Better to be safe than sorry, then if he gets a diagnoses of GERD, you can get a prescription from your doc and then follow up with treating symptoms or using natural remedies.
