I am throwing this out to gather some feedback from those of you that have had your Gallbladder out.
I was started on PPI over what probably was nothing more than a case of indigestion. I was told that it was a preventative measure while they conducted the test (endoscopy etc. etc. They found nothing. Then I ended up in the hospital over a stabbing pain in my upper right shoulder blade. It felt as if the pain protruded from my chest to my back. The visit ruled out the heart completely so they looked closely at the gallbladder. They did PIPIDA, Ultrasound, CT scan with contrast and nothing.
My doctor has since taken me off all the PPI and the expereince has been hard.
I now have a burning not stabbing between the shoulder blades that is also in my arms. I had blood test to rule out Major diseases including shingles so there is no answer there.
Could this be Gallbladder or is it just a case of bad nerves?
