Last saturday i got drunk for the first time ever. I had a history of abdominal irritation earlier, but that passed about a month ago. However after drinking, i have had SEVERE stomach cramps for 4 days now. Does anyone know if alcohol can cause this? And will it pass on it's own? I think it has gotten better daily so i hope it keeps getting better, still annoying tho.

Most likely the problem was the alcohol.  Possibly stirred up your earlier abdominal irritation.

With my stomach problems, alcohol would be the last thing I would drink.

Hope you keep getting to feel better.

Yes, alcohol can definitely cause stomach irritation.
It is generally recommended that we stay away from chocolate, alcohol, highly acidic foods (oranges, grapefuit, most berries, etc.), caffeine, dark colored soft drinks, coffee, and strong tea. My endo doctor did tell me that tea is pretty well tolerated by a lot of his patients so he okayed drinking tea as long as it doesn't bother my stomach. He also said, caffeine free clear soft drinks are okay unless you get stomach irritation from the fizz caused by carbonation.

Has anyone tried a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil before meals?
