pulling sensation in the chest

hi, I have acid reflex since 2 and half years but now i have some different symptoms too, when I feel heart burning, fullness and pressure in my chest then some times  I feel sudden pulling sensation in middle of my chest with no racing of my heart it is just only for 2secs. but it is a very unpleasant feeling. I think it is in my heart. AND  I have heart burn almost every day. I dont eat any spicy food not any acidic food but still I feel  pressure in my chest after I ate. I m taking nexium and pepcid and mylanta(prn). and If I just touch red or black pepper on my tongue then same time I gonna have a lots of pressure in my chest. some time I just eat only bread and water for whole day
so please please .... any one  let me know what is this pulling sensation in my chest.some times it wake me up at night time

I would suggest you check this out with your physician as none of the members seem to have an answer.  I do not experience this sensation.

A thought,
 
Could be esophegal spasms, since they coincide with the heartburn and pressure. They can come and go quickly. Definately see an MD. And keep up the symptom journaling, thats going to help alot with the DX.
