I had my first bloating episode over the weekend, and it's not fun. FYI, my catch-all remedy of walking worked for me. I was trying to decide to lay down and suffer the pain in relaxation mode, or get on my treadmill and walk, to try to get it moving.
I was in real agony...I decided to try walking, and it really helped move the gas along. It relieved the pain, and allowed the gas to pass through more quickly, I believe. I don't know if it would work for you, but it's a thought. From what I hear, the bloating subsides with time. You've got a few months under your belt, so it's likely that you'll soon have a resolution. Good luck!
