Hi, I am new to this forum. I was diagnosed with GERD, gastritis several years ago. I take omaprazole daily and was feeling ok for the most part. However, I recently had a recurrence of symptoms and am scheduled to have an endoscopy early June. I have learned a lot on this board and have been modifying a diet that had increasingly included things I shouldn't be eating!! I read somewhere that a mild herbal tea can help symptoms. Does anyone have any experience with herbal tea helping? If so, what specific type/brand? Thanks so much

Welcome to HealingWell and the GERD Forum.  There is a thread going on right now about what foods for GERD?  You may want to take a look at that forum and post your tea question there.
