well i just got back from the doctor and he said that the surgery went fine with no complications and i can stop taking the previcid now to see how that goes. and i do not have to go back into the office unless i think that there is something wrong or if something doesn't feel right. but i will have to call to check in with the office every couple of weeks for a while( i live just over a hour away from his office)  anfd i did lose about 20 pounds.

the one thing i forgot to ask is he had me on a 10 pound lefting restriction and well i forgot to ask if that is over now or not?
i called the office back on my way home to ask and they are going to get back to me on that.
what is everyones elses experiance with that ?

Better to be safe than sorry! I think that hernia lifting restrictions are traditionally for six weeks, so that makes sense. Glad to hear that everything went well with your appointment!
