Oh thanks for the skitt.

I have had a look around the anxiety forum.

A lot of stomach and throat problems can be caused by anxiety, that's for sure!

I've come off my depression meds, I couldnt tolerate the 'brain cosh' feeling any longer (as a nurse we know described it)
ive come out the other end of the derealizaton tunnel thank God!!

I'm not fighting any more, I am more relaxed, seems to help a little. :)

I'm on my son's iphone, and i'm slower than slow
on it. Hope you're doing better. I know you've been struggling.

I am glad you are feeling better.  I am 3 months off my antidepressant and so far I am making it OK.  Few bumps in the road but I feel better off of the med then I did on it.
