Hello again, well I go to get my scope done on August 24 I am so excited and yet nervous to see what they are gonna find. In 2005 I had an esophageal stricture and they found that I have a large sliding hital hernia, oh joy! NOT! So we moved to a new location and seems like my GERD was just waiting in the shadow to attack never before had I had the problems that I encountered since we have gotten here. I also think to add to matters that I have gotten esphageal spams and they are horrible, seems like out of the blue I can be doing nothing and seems like someone pulls every muscle in my throat and then it will release.  So I just hope that they can give me some answers on the 24th...Thanks again for all yalls information...

Good luck with your endoscopy! I hope you get some answers to why you're suffering so many symptoms. Keep in mind that sometimes these test don't notice the more subtle symptoms that can cause certain sensitive individuals some real difficulties.
I was one of those low GERD symptom testers, but had some serious lung issues due to my mild/average reflux (according to the tests).
I went ahead with surgery, and my lungs responded beautifully. I'm so glad I trusted the opinions of my family and asthma doctors, regardless of what the GI doc found.
We're all here to support you through your search for answers! yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
Good luck!
