I suffered from GERD for some nine months now. I did not have so much chest pain, but my throat was killing me constantly.
So, I was diagnosed with GERD.
Doctor prescribed NEXIUM but it did not help much. I changed my eating habits, the way I sleep and am trying all other possible natural reliefs I could find on Internet.
The results were - limited. Almond was one of the best reliefs for me and apple.
Until some few days ago when (thanks to my wife) I tried ginger.
We bought some raw, fresh ginger peeled it off, cut into small pieces and made tea out of it.
The change was tremendous! I am drinking it for few days only but the quality of my life has improved by 90%. The pain is much much weaker and when I'm busy, I hardly notice it.
