what about getting those nasal puffers from the doctor that takes the swelling out of nasal tissues? I also haven't heard about GERD sufferers not taking vitamin C. I take Vitamin B and Caltrate with D (which really helps my GERD). I have a nasal puffer that I sue PRN during allergy season that helps me lots.

I know we have several members that have asthma here in the forums. Perhaps you would like to browse through the threads and you will see what some of our members post about their breathing issues.

my ENT also prescribed me nasal puffers. its Fluticasone furoate. its like your nasal cavity is being coated.
