what about getting those nasal puffers from the doctor that takes the swelling out of nasal tissues? I also haven't heard about GERD sufferers not taking vitamin C. I take Vitamin B and Caltrate with D (which really helps my GERD). I have a nasal puffer that I sue PRN during allergy season that helps me lots.
