Gas is not fun! But it tells us our wrap is working. If we can't burp much the normal gas in the stomach has to go down. Gas is from several sources including swallowing air and foods.
Some gas is from carbs being digested by the large intestine bacteria. Too much gas is from carbohydrate malabsorption. Relief is from not eating foods they like, which is most fruits, vegetables, beans, bread, milk products ..., anything with sugars like lactose, sucrose, raffinose, sorbitol, fructose.
The foods that do not cause much gas include rice, spinach, beets, carrots
You can also try digestive enzymes. Beano may help with some sugars.
You have to be careful eliminating gas foods. I got into trouble with not getting enough vitamin K, found in leafy greens, broccoli, needed so you don't bleed excessively.
