Hi.  Not really sure what's wrong with me yet but this it the only post I find close to my issue.  Still going through all the motions with the doctor.   My symptom is regurgitating immediately when eating.  I get about 3 bites when it starts.  At first they thought it was a reaction to Levaquin so we stopped it.  Also I was taking Humira but stopped that as well.  I can eat a few crackers and an ice pop at one sitting or half a plain eng muffin.  I do feel nauseous after I eat and very full plus pressure near my diaphragm...just behind my lower breastbone but above my stomach.  I do crave sweets and find candy like jelly beans is easy to keep down.  I tried bananas, broth and rice but no good.  If I do get sick, I am then able to eat anything and keep it down.  So I try to eat too much once/day so I can get sick and can then sneak in some protein...mostly cheese/crackers.   I'm on my second medication, kapidex, but after 3 days it's not working.  It's only been 12 days.  I'm supposed to wait until Tue (today is Fri) before calling the doctor.  Still waiting for ultrasound results on gall bladder but tech said it looked good.

I also have psoriasis (scalp/feet) and asthma (adult onset exsmoker).

Thanks of any thoughts.

I had a problem much like yours recently. My food was not actually coming up, but I could feel it right there wanting to and the nausea was just constant. I know how hard it is to wait for answers from the docs.
I am not sure what is causing your troubles, but wanted to let you know that I do sympathize. Mine was resolved w/ surgery, but I hope that you will have an easier outcome.
Wishing you the best!

Thanks Stacey. I'll take surgery if it means eating normal again. I just want to know what's wrong and how to fix it. Have to go back to work Monday after being out 6 days or they're sure to fire me. And, I sit right by the kitchen. I should be fine as long as no one cooks fish. I saw your post for the newbie grandma. Glad your all doing well.

Hello and welcome to HealingWell. I am Kitt and you are navigating the system just fine. If you have any questions just post them here or my eamil is open. If you look to the left of this post you will see a light blue envelope. Just click on that and it will open an email screen for you to send me a message.

I try to get back to members ASAP though sometimes I am MIA working or just unavailable.

I think Joy has several very good possibilities for what may be going on with you. Be sure to keep on seeing your physician and get to the root of your problem.

We are all here to support you.

Gentle Hugs,

Kitt
