The end of september last year i had surgery, and for the first 2 months i was doing good (minus the usual bloating and such), than i started getting some shooting pain in my wrap... The gi doc noted it's prob. relfux i got put on meds (which i later found out i cant take anymore due to my body's side effects), that failed and the complications kept getting worse and worse.  Now i'm having horrible recurring symptoms, the original surgeon here in san diego who did my surgery won't respond to me (jerk!), and my gi doc is stone walling me.  Recently i was int he Er with heart complications and stabbing stomach pain, all which tests including a cat scan came back normal.  The only thing they canthink of is the wrap (which they know is partially loose) is damaging stuff on the insides... any ideas what is should do?  I'm back to living in solitiude, not sure i cant even work like this, and tired of doctors thinking im turely nuts.. again!  Anybody know any surgeons in either the la area or san diego that do redos?
thanks
griff
p.s. sry its been so long its been a rough year so far for me and its not stopping....smhair

Sorry this is till going on. Unfortunately I don;t know a good redo surgeon out that way. I do know one in Chicago, but that's not helping much.

Take care,
