Hi I"m confused. Do you use aloe vera juice or aloe vera gel for GERD?

Does it work? When and how often do you take it and with what do you take it.

I use the Aloe Vera gel simply because of the taste,I think it has a pleasant taste,i've been drinking it for about 2 years,i drink around 8 ounces a day ,i usually drink it straight but you can mix it with water also.
