I'm doing great no reflux at all! :)

I do love raw baby spinach. It does fine.
I'm not into juicing cabbage or celery. I drink V8 when I want veggie juice.

Hi Marie
I can eat organic bread no probs as far as veges go they are all ok for me too with the possible exception of potatoes. I limit my consumption of these. Sweet potatoes are fine though. I read somewhere that brussel sprouts are one of the best veges you can eat for your body and I just learnt a new way of cooking them to make them more palatable. Slice them up like you would a cabbage then fry lightly in olive oil then toss sliced almonds through them. Yum yum. Make sure the almonds are raw and they help with the reflux too. (All others nuts aren't that good for reflux). Fruit wise eat loads of pineapple, papaya and mango. These all have fantastic stomach friendly enzymes in them that sooth and help to heal. New Zealand Manuka honey is also fantastic.
Also I'm convinced that probiotics help since the repopulate your friendly bacteria. And then finally Aloevera juice and Apple cider vinegar, both of these help me when I feel the indigestion feelings coming on.
