Hi..skipping forums, a little background..I have Crohns, Diabetes, and Fibro..but had a question thought maybe a Gerd person might be able to help out on.
I've had this symptom for about a month now and am not sure what's going on...I do see a GI at the end of the month. But anyway, I have a feeling like I have a pill caught in my throat. I breath fine...and it's not there everyday..but I notice it more after I eat. I'm scared because I think it could be a possible hernia in my throat. I've taken Nexium for about 7 years. It's the only anti-heartburn med that works. I looked up this feeling on line and it mentioned possible sinus issues..which could be..idk? any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Some people with gerd complain of a "glob" in the back of their throats. Your GI will tell you what he sees.
I too was on nexium for over seven years. One of the side effect they never tell you is you will develop stomach polyps from it. They are usually benign.
