I've been suffering from heartburn and related gastro symptoms for more than two years. Several doctors and many tests later, I haven’t found a satisfactory solution. I have decided to take matters into my own hands and have researched extensively possible treatments, traditional and alternative. I have compiled a survey with a list of treatments that I found  I would be interested to know which of these treatments are helping others. I think that this sort of information would also be of value to other folks with heartburn. The link to the results is on the survey page. Thanks folks.

Hello again,

After already posting I've stumbled on the moderator's post about introducing myself. The above pretty much says in all. I've been reading other posts on this forum and can really relate to many of the stories. This survey is my new tool in the fight against this problem. I am really hoping to collect some useful information for myself and anyone else who is interested. Please let me know what you think.

Thanks

personally i tried gum, baking powder, watched diet aloe, mastic gum and ginger, coconut water. none of that really worked. acid pills helped for awhile but at night, like if i ate within 2 hrs of bed i had bad taste.. i dont think the pills were great either. good luck
