I have had success, albeit temporary, in treating reflux with acupuncture. After 4 or 5 appointments over the course of a week last Christmas-time, I went for the next 3 months without experiencing any reflux at all, while beforehand I'd it everyday. The reflux returned, although much less frequently. My favorite acupuncturist is in California, far from where I live, so I only get back to see her on holidays; now I make sure to see her whenever I am there. Acupuncture has also made a dramatic difference in reducing my allergy-induced asthma. Try it!
