Wow, Joe...I'm impressed! Working at 15 days post op. Yikes. You've got to be tough. The incisions are where the scopes and tools are inserted. They are moved around a lot, displacing internal tissue. In my case, I was told the left rib area was where the most activity occurred, and that was where I hurt the most for the longest time. I'm sure that varies by surgeon.
What your describing sounds like typical post surgical pain. The little incisions don't look like much, but inside they were stirring you up a lot. That pain will take some time to dissipate.
Hope things are going better for you. If the pain bothers you more, be sure to call your surgeon. My incision areas were painful for several weeks. When your clear your throat it is a slight cough, that moves things and causes the pain to increase. It's definitely very typical post op to have some pain. If your incisions look fine, and you don't have fever or anything, it sounds like just what should be happening this soon after surgery.
Good luck with getting back to work, and don't push yourself too much!
Take care, and let us know how you're progressing.
