The parts that interested me were:
Causes - swallowing air, maldigestion of complex carbohydrates and sugars, celiac and gallbladder diseases, lactose intolerance.
In the sugars and carbs maldigestion were included - soluble fiber, Splenda and Equal, various sugars including maltitol and the others in dietetic foods, and complex carbohydrates.
Some of the cures are - adding live culture (not frozen) yogurt 3xday, probiotics, and taking Rifaximin (especially if there is diarrhea).
I've been using a lot of Splenda, taking soluble fiber, and I'm having a bad time since fundo with bloating. I wonder if the problem with Splenda is not the ingredient itself but the dextrose filler??? Dextrose is just righthanded glucose.
