Has anyone tried probiotic supplements? By supplement, I mean a pill, not yogurt. I recently watched a program on PBS called The Road to Health, in which the speaker, Brenda Watson, advocates the use of probiotics. Here's a quote from her website: "Those are the beneficial bacteria in your intestines that help with healthy digestion and immune function, and they are the key to a strong GPS, or what I like to call your Gut Protection System." So, has anyone out there tried probiotic supplements? If so, what were the results - good, none, too soon to tell?
