just to let people know who have replied to me over the last couple of days i have been to ent today about my symptoms . i had another can up my nose lol they say i have lpr or silent reflux . which has put my mind at rest a lot im on 40mg of eskermoprazleor nexum i think they are called at the mo but not working very well and i take loads of gav. i forgot to ask him what meds will help . can i take lots of gav does anyone know .

I am glad you went to the Drs.  I am not sure how much of the med you can ask but your Dr. or Pharmacist should be able to advise you.

Give the nexium time to work. It took about two weeks before I felt better.

Thanks for you're replys, just another quick one do you get a tightness feeling or a really uncomfortable feeling in you're chest? I keep mentioning it to the doctor but he keeps saying its acid but I do smoke 10 cigarettes a day. Its putting me of going to the jym and everything.

To rule out asthma or heart problems go to a specialist to get checked out.
I always got a spasm behind my breastbone when food got stuck in me.
