With those symptoms, an ENT makes sense. Not just any ENT, though. Make some calls to find the one most respected, and knowledgeable in reflux symptoms. You might check with your PCP to see if he/she recommends someone.
A good ENT will be able to look at your vocal chords and make a diagnosis of LPR.
With those symptoms, that seems the most likely first step. He/she will most likely suggest you see a GI doc after that, if it looks like reflux is the culprit. Otherwise, you're in the right place to get advice to help you with whatever else might be creating your hoarseness.
