Hi Folks,
I got my BRAVO test results today, still have to discuss with the doctor.   I am hoping other experts here can comments on this and give their useful opinion.  I can't make out much except that i do have significant reflux
Monitoring was done over 1 day 19 hrs 45 minutes including 17 hrs in supine position and 16 hrs in the postprandial interval.  Patient reported 10 minutes of heartburn and 8 minutes of chestpain
Patient had total of 251 reluxes including 58 in supine and 92 in postprandial interval
There were 11 refluxes that lasted > 5 minutes
Duration of the longest reflux was 30 minutes
Total acid exposure was 10.6%, including 11.5% in the supine position and 9% in the postprandial interval
Overall demeester scope was 43.5 Normal scope is < 14.72
The sympton association probability (SAP) between reflux and heartburn was 70.2.  The SAP between reflux and chest pain was 97.9.   SAP> 90 indicates significant association
1. Significant reflux with demeester scope of 43.5
2. Significant association between reflux and chest pain (not heartburn), as evident by SAP of 97.9
3. Total acid exposure was 10.6%.  The normal is between 3.2-5.8

Sound like you had a lot of refluxing with high amount of acid.
You probably have a a very weak LES and acid is coming through a lot.
