Can anyone reccomend some digestive enzymes that helped their acid reflux?

Has anyone used HCL for their acid reflux? I know it sounds opposite to what you need but there is evidence thtat some of use might have low acid and this is the reason we get acid reflux?

I take enzymes to help with digestion in the small intestine, but they don't do anything for reflux. Some people might have low acid, but all these things need to be tested for by a doctor.

If you have reflux you need to find out WHY you have it. Do you have a large hiatal hernia causing your valve not to be able to close, or maybe a weak valve? There are loads of tests, some not really horrible, like the barium swallow that can show what's going on.

Dont have insurance anymore, so cannot afford the tests but...last time did an endoscopy 2 years ago everything was normal..they just said a weak valve slightly though....

Not sure how to get these tests without insurance again...

For Hiatal Hernia do you have paoin your stomach or abdomen?

I dont have no pain at alll

Just a sore throat, minor acid reflux, burping a lot, and feelilng full often.......

Thanks to God I sleep ok in the nights....
