Wanted to share an observation.
Making good progress with my LPR. I think one thing I noticed as I seemed to getting better is less and less burping.
I figure the more u burp, there prob a good chance your refluxing acid.
I think eating small portions and chewing well has helped alot with this. Although it's still a work area for me, I tend to scarf my food down.
Also if u eat food that causes u to burp it may be trigger food.
