Try pressing the part just below your left chest. You can get some relief...I do. I feel it come up but not the esophagus. Its probably at the lower end but not at throat.... Is this reflux or something else? I told my GI doc about it and he never heard of that. Let me know your thoughts...thanks

I get really nasty pains (they hurt) under my left breast feels like it is deep under the breast and goes all the way up under to the top. Sometimes  it feels like gas or something because I aslo feel it move and when it does that hurts too. When it moves I sometimes feel pressure in my throat like a trapped burp. I have found that tapping on my chest helps get the burp up and then the pain goes away.  I am wondering if you may be having some trapped burps............just a thought.

Struggling with this mentally. But I have a great fiancé and family for support. I hope the linx procedure gets approval
