WOOHOO!!! On to week 3!!!
I know how you feel. I felt the same way. it was so awesome.. the thought of eating real food.. even though it is soft.. I started on baked and broiled fish and mashed potatoes and mild flavor gravy; well cooked veggies(I always boiled them with chicken broth) over cooked pasta.. i started with Alfredo sauce rather than spaghetti sauce is not as spicy (tried spaghetti sauce first, not good at first) my first meat was a suggestion of another member here, chicken vienna sausages. they have lots of flavor and very soft meat..
