I was still experiencing some diarrhea at 8 weeks.I am now over 6 months. I had an issue called dumping.. I would be ok for a couple of days and then I would eat something (sometimes I had eaten it before, sometimes not) and it would just go straight through me. Anyway some here say that Imodium helps them.. I never tried it but I have been fortunate, the problem never lasted for more than a day or 2 at a time. From what I remember at 8 weeks it was not unusual for me to have it. I am sure others will be by to let you know how they recovered and how often they had issues with diarrhea.I don't know how long you were on liquids and what kind of a diet you are on now.. at 8 weeks I was still adding new foods.. after everything our insides have gone through some things are expected for a while.. 8 weeks is fairly early in recovery...
If it gets out of hand or you feel it isn't subsiding, please call your doctor and ask him/her about it.. don't let something slide that you are concerned about..

I agree with Sandi, you are still early in your recovery and it's very common to have this issue. Immodium works very well for me if it gets too bad.

Take care,
