Hi All,
Just had a stress test done yesterday and upper gi series done today. Basically my cardiologist diagnosed me with inapropriate sinus tach. Just sitting there my heart rate when up to 133 bpm. The weird thing is it feels like my upper stomach and into my chest is spasaming really hard which in turn is giving me the tachacradia. Well got on the treadmill and my heart rate was 165-170 bpm. Started feeling dizzy, light headed and so on. The cardiologist came in and shrugged his shoulders and said I'll see you in 2 weeks for your follow up. Then today went in and had an upper gi series and the radilogist told me half way through the procedure that I have some pretty severe reflux that goes up into my chest. He said he could see some inflamation too but will have to analyze it on his computer to find out for sure. I am currently waiting on a protonix prescription to be authorized by my insurance and it's been over 3 weeks now!! I just wanted to know if the esophagus and stomach is damaged enough could it inturn cause sinus tach?? Just soo tired of feeling tired and dizzy all the time like I have to go sit down or lay down if Im on my feet longer than 20 min.
