Right now your wrap is getting more and more swollen. It's very common to get bloating and gas during the early stages of recovery, because the gas can't get out through the wrap with a burp. If it builds up a lot, you will have the type of pain you're describing.
Be sure to avoid drinking through a straw, and avoid carbonated beverages--no bubbles--they just add to the gas.
I don't know what you're trying to eat, but be sure to avoid traditionally gassy foods.
I don't know if you can get Gas-X where you live (Simethicone), but some people find it works to get the gas out, and help burping. Sometimes liquid antacids can help as well.
Walking regularly may help move things through, as well...the quicker you can pass that gas, the more comfortable you will get.
