If your stomach doesn't hurt, complain, or feel overfull, that amount is just fine. It's very individual. Just don't eat and eat because it tastes good, suddenly to realize you're in agony because you've overdone it.
Like Jesper, on Day 5 I was given the go-ahead to eat anything that could be chewed to a liquid, which is a lot of things. No bread, no steak, no sandwiches. Really, though, as your wrap becomes more swollen, you may find that you have more trouble swallowing for a while, and need to back off what you're able to eat.
Once you get past the early, early stage of healing your wrap will feel more comfortable with swallowing. That's when you have to be really careful to take small bites and chew, chew, chew!
