When can you take the suture tape off?

Let it come off naturally. Never pull it off.
I was glued and it slowly peeled off.
As it loosens take a clean pair of scissors and nip off the flapping edge if it bothers you.

I was told to leave them on until it falls off--you can trim the ends as they come up. Mine stayed on a long time...when I went to my PCP sometime after the surgery he pulled them off.
If they stay on a really long time (much longer than now), you can ask your surgeon's office if it's safe to remove them.
