I read a lot about Melatonin. However, after reading about the side effects, I decided not to try it. Read this

I talked to that person on the other forum because I took melatonin for a month.
It didn't work for me per say, but the recommended time was suppose to be for 40 days.

Moreover I have the in depth research, studies, samples and etc.

I wouldnt rule it out for everyone because we are all different. We also have to consider that this anecdotal this is not part of a study. Just like everything some of us will be okay some of us probably won't.

If someone wants the recent melatonin study, let me know.

i followed several of the links up-thread which allege to indicate melatonin can cause autoimmune disease

i found none of the links convincing

can melatonin aggravate a pre existing autoimmune condition...quite possibly,

but cause autoimmunity where none exists...i dont believe it

id like to see a link to a scientific study before drawig a negative conclusion

look up melatonin in wikipedia and it is amazing the number of positive effects documented via scientific research
there are dozens of links to scientific articles and research papers...quit amazing

im not saying people should take melatonin...just asking to see studies one way or the other

best wishes

and merry Christmas!

i took melatonin for 6 months an it did not appear to help nor hurt my gerd-lpr
