I have no idea. Last night, I had a slice of toast, ginger tea, and a spoonful of a dessert my mom was making, consisting of dream whip and cherry jello. An hour later, I had bad reflux.
Probably due to the tea, i can't drink tea either.
You need to set up a diet plan, all of the things you ate are bad when you have GERD, rice, cooked fish, eggs are good GERD food, you need to get PH balanced and you also don't want to eat too much, they say the size of one and a half fist of food on the plate is ok, not more.
GERD comes and goes with different symtoms, each day different, some better some days worse. keep hanging on.
