Did anyone develop LPR as a result of weight loss/weight gain? I lost a lot of weight prior to my first LPR flare-up (close to 40 pounds rather quickly), and am wondering if this could be due to poor muscle tone in my overall body? I am 5'6 and weigh 116 pounds and always wonder if I hit the gym, gain a few pounds, quit smoking (I know so bad), and eat right if there is any chance this can go away?
I know that no one really knows the answer to the aforementioned questions, however, just wanted to share my thoughts and see if anyone has any similar experiences with their reflux?
