I suspect those ribs you ate had barbucue sauce on them I think it may be your diet and overeating that has caused you a bit of an upset so try to remember to abstain from foods that may trigger your GERD. I know it is tough when we are on vacation to not be tempted to go for it but we often regret our choices after the fact. You are human.
I am on Prilosec daily but when what I eat a trigger food that turns on me I use Tums Ultra in the fruit flavors to help settle down my symptoms.
You are also on a trip and off your normal schedule which can contribute to your GERD spiking a bit.
