Hello, have recently had some weird health issues and could use some advice. I quit smoking for about 4 years and recently went back do to stress. I however, noticed I was having sever chest and arm pain, not putting smoking as the cause. I when to the ER as I was concerned about a hart attack. They found no issues and sent me home. After a few more days I linked the pain to smoking and quit. The pain subsided within a few days but now returns for short periods every week or two. This has now been going on for months and now my neck glands seem to be swollen for no reason?

Any Ideas would help.

Hello and welcome to HealingWell.  I am sorry to hear you are having problems.  You posted that you had been to the ER with the chest pain and they felt your heart was OK.  What was their discharge dx when you were released from the ER ?  Also have you followed up with your PCP re this pain ?
One thing that crosses my mind would be gallbladder disease.  Also with the swollen glands I strongly feel you need to be seen by a Dr.
I hope your Dr. gets to the cause of your concerns.
