I don't think Aloe Vera has any effect on menstruation or female hormones. It's a popular one to try for GERD issues and very worth a go. I have to say it didn't help me but some people find it useful. I'm sad to say I haven't found any single thing, medical or natural, that gives me instant relief, but maybe that's just me. I do use DGL (dyglycerinized licorice) which does help some, and am trying ginger capsules. . . Though got a feeling that isn't helping. Some people find relief with some radical dietary changes like going vegan or low carb - Sunbeam's thread on the Kaufman diet is worth a read for sure.
