Someone at the library and I got into a conversation about lpr - she was going to the doctor to get endoscopy because she's having a lot of the symptoms I am - turned out she has esophogitis. She was watching a show on tv with a Jorge Rodriguez - He's written some books about acid reflux and "The Acid Reflux Solution: A cook book 3 Lifestyle" was recommended. Has anyone one here heard about it before I buy it.

look it up on amazon.com and read the reviews. That is a good way to tell if something is worth buying

I've perused this book recently in the bookstore, it was just released at the end of march, so no real reviews I can find yet.

Seems to be pretty good from what I can tell - approx 100 recipes.   His view point on trigger foods is smaller than most anti-reflux books/recipes, mostly those which directly relax the LES, rather than 'pure acidic' foods

I think I may pick it up, as he has some interesting and savoury looking recipes that aren't your normal ones.

Check your local library; may be it has the book too. My local library has it, but it is out and someone has hold on it :(

The lady I was talking to works at the library and she said they were ordering it. But if it's a good book I prefer to have my own copy - I trust the opinions of the people on here so if they said it was good I was going to order it.
